About
Rose Francis Foundation was established in April 2022 and is based in Fayetteville, North Carolina. We aspire to provide support and resources to mothers with young children and infants, parents, and individuals with and without intellectual and developmental abilities who are faced with financial and food insecurity in our community. We are able to address the urgent needs through the Rose Francis Foundation Food Pantry and Community Fridge and our Emergency Financial Assistance Fund established in April 2022.

To provide resources and assistance to women, children, individuals with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities who are unable to contact those resources and assistance on their own. We value cultivating kindness and empathy towards those who are in need.

Our Community Partners
Rose Francis Foundation has the honor of partnering with such amazing local businesses to support families in our lovely community through our Food Pantry. These supportive local businesses have decided to partner with Rose Francis Foundation by being Donation Drop-off Locations for the Rose Francis Foundation Food Pantry.
This means that community members will be able to visit these amazing local businesses and drop off Food Pantry donations such as non-perishable items, children's clothing up to age four, diapers of all sizes, menstrual products, and contraceptive items.

Caring Hearts Behavioral Services LLC is a family focuses organization that works with children and parents to bring Applied Behavior Analysis services to Fayetteville and surrounding areas.
Curate Essentials is an herbal apothecary located in the heart of Fayetteville’s historic Haymount Hill. They believe in taking a holistic approach to health and wellness. We create all-natural products to help you live in balance with your mind, body, and spirit.
Sweet Factory was created with a vision to unite local sweet creators, artists, and vendors in our community. Sweet Factory's mission is not only to support small businesses but also provide them with opportunities to flourish.

This means that Rose Francis Foundation and the below organizations will be able to exchange Food Pantry and Closet items to ensure our beloved community does not suffer shortages of non-perishable items, clothing, diapers of all sizes, menstrual products, and contraceptive items.
